To register for the EIPA with TASK12 you must live and/or work in one of the TASK12 States. TASK12 states include:

If your preferred testing date is full, you may add your name to a waiting list and you will be contacted if an opening becomes available. Online registration closes 30 days prior to the testing date.

Credit Cards: Please complete the online registration process to pay by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, and Discover are accepted.)

Checks: Must be received no less than 45 days before your testing date. After completing the online registration process, please make checks payable to TAESE/USU and mail checks to the address below.

Approximately 30 days prior to your test date, you will receive an email indicating the time, date and location for your assessment. It takes approximately 2.5 hours to complete the exam. You will be scheduled for a two and a half hour block of time for your test. Please do not schedule any plans until you know your scheduled date/time. Changes cannot be made once the schedule is completed. 

Payment is refundable minus a $40.00 processing fee, provided the cancellation is completed five full days from the test date and time (120 hours).

Interpreters requesting test accommodations must submit required documentation to the EIPA Diagnostic Center before registering for a test. Approval for test accommodations may only be granted by the EIPA Diagnostic Center. Test administrators may not approve accommodation requests.
