EIPA Registration

1. Notice

To register for the EIPA with TASK12 you must live and/or work in one of the TASK12 States. TASK12 states include AL, AK, AZ, HI, IA, ID, KS, MT, NC, ND, NE, NM, OK, OR, UT, WY. 
If you do not fit this criteria, please click here to find a LTA in your State.

2. Registration

Please Note: Online registration closes 30 days prior to the testing date.

3. Payment Options

• Credit Cards: Please complete the online registration process to pay by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, and Discover are accepted.)
  
  
• Checks: Must be received no less than 45 days before your testing date. After completing the online registration process, please make checks payable to TAESE/USU and mail checks to the address below.

4. Notification

Approximately 30 days prior to your test date, you will receive an email indicating the time, date and location for your assessment. It takes approximately 2.5 hours to complete the exam. You will be scheduled for a two and a half hour block of time for your test. Please do not schedule any plans until you know your scheduled date/time. Changes cannot be made once the schedule is completed.
