Facilitation Services

There are numerous occasions where the State Education Agency (SEA) needs a neutral facilitator for an important meeting, taskforce, or workgroup. Many SEA events are better served if they are facilitated by someone who does not have a vested interest in the final outcome(s). A good facilitator frees up SEA staff to fully participate in the meeting.

TAESE staff members have been trained in facilitation techniques and understand content in most areas of special education. TAESE can help plan important meetings, assist with agenda development and meeting packets, facilitate the meeting, and provide a summary report after the event.
